Trading carries real risk — capital can be lost. Say so wherever you promote us. Never imply the EA is safe, hands-off, or a sure thing.
No return promises
Do not claim or imply guaranteed, fixed, or '100%' returns, monthly income, or 'risk-free' profit. Quote only numbers that trace to a raw MT5 report on our site, and link it.
Be yourself, not us
Don't present yourself as QubitQuant staff, a fund, a signal service, or another person or brand. You're an independent referrer. Don't use our name in a way that suggests you speak for us.
Clear before you run ads
Check with us before running any paid advertising — especially bidding on our brand or trademark terms. Unapproved ads can get the whole program shut down by the broker.
Restricted countries
IC Markets cannot accept introduced clients from: US, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Brazil, Iran, Israel, North Korea. Don't target referrals there.
It's trading software
Describe Trident as algorithmic trading software / an EA — never 'managed forex', 'investment advice', or 'trading signals you must follow'. We don't issue trade calls.
No self-referral
You can't refer yourself, your own accounts, or split a referral with the customer. Commission is for genuine third-party referrals only.
How tracking actually works
Attribution needs the person to open your link and sign up in the same browser within 30 days, then make a purchase or submit an IC Markets account within 30 days of the click. Cross-device clicks and cleared cookies can't be tracked. We don't oversell this.
Break these and we void the commissions and close the account — the broker can shut the whole program down over a single bad ad, so we hold the line.
